It’s her CD collection and soon the whole world will know she listens to the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus. It’s cool, Cleo – we were all teenagers once!
I just love how expressive she is in her body language. That last panel where she’s kind of leaning away with her back to the gun-slinger really puts meaning into the single word of dialogue “Fine”. She just seems so resigned and reluctant. Your comic never fails to blow me away.
Sure it’s make-up. And Cleo is now going to stab the little guy in the eye with her mascara brush, then shover her powder puff down the big guy’s throat. Perhaps she’ll hand them a major smack-down with the case itself?
Eh, no matter – I am loving this arc so far. The tension your building here is rather palpable.
Hmmmm what’s in there? Maybe Her Bikini? LOL (I know Mike NO Bikinis!) Whatever it is we’re in for a good time! Too bad we can’t say the same for the robbers :)

@jim- you know, i honestly can’t say Cleo will NEVER sport a bikini. she is a teenager after all, and them teenagers love their bikinis. so far though, no story plans for the such.
@rachael- hey, just because i write the thing, doesn’t mean i always know what’s going to happen! characters tend to take on lives of their own. ;)

Hey, that’s believable. What guy doesn’t have a hard time opening up a make up case? Ok, don’t answer that. :)
